This document is an official statement of "PROSPEROUS INVESTING GROUP" L.T.D.  company (hereinafter known as “we” or “tourist.uz”), providing Terms of Use applied to all our services for the Customer (referred in this document as “You”). The present Terms of Use apply to all site visitors and users. Browsing, using online booking services, resources and materials of this site, you declare having read and agreed to the Terms of Use. In connection with the above written, you are offered to become familiar with our Statement on Terms of Use and if you do not agree to any of its items, tourist.uz offers you to refuse from using the Site and its services.

tourist.uz reserves the right to amend the Terms and Policy and any of their items using its own discretion. Any use of the materials published on our site is possible only at written consent of Administration and reference to primary source provided.

Description of services

By booking any accommodation type with our site, you order reservation booking at the price listed for this accommodation reservation and these Terms and conditions stated on our Site shall become a binding contract between you and us. tourist.uz provides access to temporary accommodation and tours booking services in online regime. The Customer may select, order accommodation or tour type and process payment for it on Terms of the present Statement. For protection and coding of data when sending we use standard industrial SSL technology.

When booking accommodation in a hotel you accept and agree to the order of booking cancellations, regulations and all the additional conditions of rendering services of this hotel, including services and/or products offered in the hotel. If you wish to review, change or cancel the booking, refer to e-confirmation of booking and follow the instructions described in it. Please, keep in mind, that you may be requested to pay for order cancellation according to hotel’s policy own regarding booking cancellation and non-arrival. We strongly recommend to familiarize with hotel’s regulations and policy before processing order. In case you want to cancel/eliminate the booking, the process of refund may take up to 20 days. The amount of penalty for booking cancellation depends on the policy of reservation cancellation of certain hotel. Free cancelation 45 days before traveling date.

Please, note, that certain tariffs or offers are not destined to be cancelled or change. To familiarize with certain rules, check detailed description of a room before booking. Sometimes cheaper tariffs for certain period of residence in a hotel are provided on our site, but such tariffs offered by the hotels may have special restrictions and rules, as for example at booking cancellation or refund of money paid for accommodation.

Please, note that tourist.uz accepts 100% paid reservations only. The booking is executed and confirmed when the full amount of money is paid to tourist.uz company at prices indicated on our web-site.

The information about Hotels published by us is based on the data provided to us by our suppliers or providing agents. That is, Hotel or its representatives have an access to extranet or other type of connection through which they update all prices, booking conditions, description, availability, images, hotel policies and any other information displayed on tourist.uz. Though we value our clients time and provide maximally reliable services and data, hotels and/or their representatives have access to extranet and they are fully responsible for the accuracy/correctness/credibility/completeness of information on hotels provided, including any delays caused by current and/or partial wreck/update/repair of our site or anything else, non-accurate or false information or lack of information, notable/typographic errors.

We reserve the right not to accept clients or reservations (or in exceptional cases – to cancel confirmed reservations) at our discretion and for whatever (legal) reason without the need to justify this refusal. Common reasons for rejecting a client and/or booking include but are not limited to: breach of our Terms of Use, hotel request, trade or economic sanction, suspected criminal activity, suspicious bookings, suspicion by the client of misleading and/or erroneous information, refusal to submit requested information, payment problems inappropriate behavior, insults, threats, blacklisting by governments and/or international organizations. In cases when tourist.uz cancels the booking and payment is already made, the total amount of money will be returned to you.

We may also cancel/reject booking request with obvious errors independent of the reason of such errors. E.g.: An error in terms of price or any important facts is considered obvious. Cancellation/rejection of a reservation booking is in discretion of tourist.uz.

tourist.uz provides its services for personal, non-commercial use only. The rights for the whole content of the site, including, but not limited to articles, texts, images, videos, site design, are reserved. The Customer has no right to change, publish, copy, share the content with third parties, create hyper-links, trace information or participate in its sale or concession, use its materials for commercial purposes. The Customer is obliged to use the Site for legal purposes only.

tourist.uz reserves its rights to change offered tours, programs and services at any time without preliminary notifications.

When you an accommodation and/or tour via tourist.uz, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information by filling out clients’ interactive profile. This information includes your full name, mobile or home phone number, e-mail address. We also collect information that does not identify you directly, but may be related with your personal data: User name, IP-address and password, your search requests.

In order to prevent unauthorized access we take appropriate physical, electronical and organizational measures on protection of personal data from accidental and illegal elimination or loss, change or unauthorized disclosure and access. We use your personal data for your registration on tourist.uz and booking processing.  All the third parties are obliged to provide privacy of personal information and process personal data exclusively according to our instructions. In some cases tourist.uz may request you to interact directly with the third party to receive services. In case of booking a reservation your personal data may be provided to the hotel or other participating body.

To protect ourselves form liability, we may disclose information to judicial or investigation requests, regulatory requirements of law-enforcement authorities or at any law-caused need. Disclosure of personal information is also possible in case of forced observance of regulations of our products and services rendering as well as for protection of rights, property and safety of tourist.uz company our clients and other persons.

In the situations described above the Recipient of your personal data may be under the jurisdiction of country, the level of data security of which may not comply with legislation in your country of residence.
